The flavors created by Ottimo move towards refinement and innovation. Our adventurous fusions of classic Asian dessert elements with various wines are shaping a style of gelato for a new era. We replace the processed artificial flavors with fresh fruit and dairy products. Our freshly made gelatos change as various fresh fruits come into season.
From Gelato Parlor to Restaurants
At Ottimo, we sell handmade ice cream to the public to purchase in store and provide customized dessert services to restaurants. These services include: selecting gelato flavors to pair with each restaurant’s unique cuisine, designing dessert menus, and offering advice on creating gourmet desserts that combine baked elements with complimentary ice cream flavors. Our menu consultations include dessert dishes that are adjusted by the availability of seasonal fruits. We bring customized flavors and high-end ingredients to consumers.
